AWECO Farm was established in May 2001. From that moment on, the commenced activity was mainly related to ecological agricultural production, primarily focused on the cultivation of meadow hay, which is an excellent feed for farm animals. The meadows are located in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, including the predominant area in the Bieszczady Mountains and the Opolskie Voivodeship, 30 km far from Opole.
There is also currently operating a newly rebuilt RAWECO Fishing Farm.
It is located ust in the heart of the Zabłocie nature reserve, not far from Rzeszów. The history of the farm dates back to the times before World War II, where ponds have been created using natural, boggy depressions of the land. Currently, the fishing farm includes 2 pond complexes with a total area of 130 ha. Fish from our farm have unique taste qualities, because they are fed exclusively with grain (barley, wheat and triticale). Thanks to that, the bred fish is an ecological fish. The ponds are based on rainwater and water from sedimentation, of the first class cleanliness. The quality of produced fish is guaranteed by close cooperation with the Voivodeship Veterinary Inspectorate in Kolbuszowa
